Who we are

North Peak Exterior Cleaning is an exterior cleaning business serving Greater Vancouver, British Columbia. You can reach us at 604-612-7642 or northpeakexteriorcleaning@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and do the work.

When you request a quote — on this site, through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, by phone, or by text: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, what you want cleaned, and any photos you send us.
Photos of your property. You send these so we can price the job. We also keep before-and-after photos of work we complete.
Basic website analytics and advertising data. If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may tell us that an ad led to your enquiry. This is aggregate campaign data — it does not identify you to us by name.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for your date of birth, SIN, or any financial information.

To find the property, plan the work, and turn up on the right day
To contact you about the job you asked us about
To show you the before-and-after photos when the job is done
To measure which of our ads actually bring in work

Who else sees your information

We are a small business and we use a few outside services to operate. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever, and we do not share it with other marketers.

The crew who does the work. Cleaning is carried out by vetted operators working under our name. The operator assigned to your job receives your name, address, phone number and what needs cleaning, because they cannot do the job without it.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects and passes that form to us, under Meta's own privacy policy.
Our form and email providers. The quote form on this site is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, and our email is hosted by Google.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Photos of your property

We take before-and-after photos on every job — it is how we show the work was done, and it is where most of our advertising comes from.

We will not publish a photo that identifies your home without your say-so. If you would rather we did not use your photos in advertising at all, tell us — before, during, or after the job — and we will not. Ask us later to take one down and we will. There is no form to fill in; a text message is enough.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that never become jobs: about a year, in case you come back. Records of completed jobs, including photos: kept while we are in business, because we need to know what we did to a property and when. Ask us to delete your records and we will, other than anything we are required to keep.

Your rights

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email northpeakexteriorcleaning@gmail.com or call 604-612-7642 and we will deal with it. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Marketing messages

We contact you about the job you asked about. If we later send you a reminder that your house is due for another wash, every message will have a way to opt out, and opting out is permanent. We do not buy lists and we do not cold-text.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. If we are running Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta's advertising tools may set cookies when you arrive from one of those ads. You can control this in your browser settings and in your Meta ad preferences.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
